  • Automated ESG reporting & compliance management
  • API integrations & data imports

  • We do not certify ESG reports – you must submit reports to the relevant certification body.
  • We are not responsible for auditor interpretations of submitted data.
  • We do not guarantee legal compliance – regulations vary by country.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

  • GreenFinanceCalculator operates on a subscription-based model.
  • Prices and features may change, but we will notify you in advance.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds unless required by law.

  • • Custom pricing applies to large organizations.

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

If a user submits Bonsucro certification data, and an auditor rejects it due to incorrect calculations, GreenFinanceCalculator is not responsible for the rejection.

8. Platform Changes & Updates

  • We regularly update the platform with new features & security improvements.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue certain features.
  • Major updates will be communicated in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

📌 We provide ESG tracking tools, but we do not guarantee compliance certification.

🚫 GreenFinanceCalculator is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect user-entered data leading to compliance failures
  • ESG regulatory changes affecting report validity
  • Losses incurred due to reliance on auto-generated reports

💡 Maximum Liability:

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.

10. Termination & Account Suspension

  • Users can cancel their accounts anytime.
  • We may terminate accounts for policy violations (e.g., fraudulent reporting, misuse of platform).
  • Data will be deleted within 30 days of termination, unless legally required to retain it.
