  • Sustainability data management
  • API integrations with third-party services

We do not sell or share user data with third parties except as required for certifications, compliance, or legal obligations.

2. Data Processing & Responsibilities

As the Data Processor, we will:

  • Process data only on documented instructions from the customer.
  • Ensure confidentiality for employees or sub-processors handling personal data.
  • Implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access.
  • Assist with regulatory compliance (e.g., user data access requests under GDPR).

As the Data Controller, the customer is responsible for:

  • Ensuring lawful collection of personal data from users.

3. Sub-Processors & Third-Party Services
