"Data Processor" – GreenFinanceCalculator.

We process data only as instructed by the customer, within the limits necessary for:

ESG reporting & compliance
Sustainability data management
API integrations with third-party services
We do not sell or share user data with third parties except as required for certifications, compliance, or legal obligations.
2. Data Processing & Responsibilities
As the Data Processor, we will:
Process data only on documented instructions from the customer.
Ensure confidentiality for employees or sub-processors handling personal data.
Implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access.
Assist with regulatory compliance (e.g., user data access requests under GDPR).
As the Data Controller, the customer is responsible for:
Ensuring lawful collection of personal data from users.
Providing accurate data for processing.
Informing users of their rights under GDPR/CCPA.
3. Sub-Processors & Third-Party Services
We may engage third-party service providers (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) to store or process data securely.
